Please provide the following information for all years for which the council holds relevant records, up to and including the date of this request:
1. The number of successful Blue Badge applications where the primary evidence for eligibility included a Personal Independence Payment (PIP) award letter showing 8 points or more for the “Planning and Following a Journey” activity, and 0 points for the “Moving Around” activity.
For clarity, this request excludes data for applicants who qualified under the “Moving Around” activity (enhanced mobility component). It relates only to applicants who were awarded a Blue Badge under the discretionary criterion connected to the “Planning and Following a Journey” activity.
If this request exceeds the statutory cost limit, please provide advice and assistance under Section 16 of the Act to help refine or narrow its scope.
