REQUEST 1: Can I please have a copy of all the Annexes to the Report referred to in para 4 of the 2014 supplemental Report (redacted as required, no need for duplicate 'form letters' if any). Of particular interest are the replies (and any Report) from the landowners disputing a highway exists.
REQUEST 2: What Notices have been served in the last 9 years to the landowner(s)?
REQUEST 3: Eyre v NFHB not mentioned in Report, but do any notes show it was considered? (An important legal case that covers 2 cul-de-sacs across a Common are joined by a road of same status)

I am advised that the service area have searched for the annexes to the report but have been unable to locate these.
