Under the FOI Act, I would like to request some data regarding the building repair backlog in schools.

I would like to request:

1. The number of repairs which have been done to all schools managed by the local authority in each financial year since 2018/2019?

- The number of these repairs which were done due to issues with mould.

- The number of these repairs which were done due to issues with asbestos.

2. How much have you spent on school building repairs since in each FY since 2018/19?

Under the FOI Act, I would like to request some data regarding the building repair backlog in schools.

I would like to request:

1. The number of repairs which have been done to all schools managed by the local authority in each financial year since 2018/2019?

A) 126

- The number of these repairs which were done due to issues with mould.

A) 0

- The number of these repairs which were done due to issues with asbestos.

A) 0

Please note, the Service Area have advised that whilst no projects were undertaken as a result of issues with asbestos, an asbestos remediation programme was delivered where asbestos was either removed or encapsulated as had been identified from management plans. In addition, asbestos is either removed or encapsulated as required during maintenance projects at school for each individual project.

2. How much have you spent on school building repairs since in each FY since 2018/19?

A) £8,101,855.87
