A: Closed Framework is the preferred route to purchase, with occasional spot purchases where framework route cannot meet need, e.g. out of county placements.
5) Your definition of “Supported Living” for the purposes of returns/finance/commissioning (a link to a published definition is acceptable).
A: Definition co-produced with providers during Q3 25-26:
Supported living is a model that enables adults to live in their own homes (as tenants or owners) with personalised, flexible support ranging from a few hours per week to 24/7 to develop and maintain ordinary living skills, exercise choice and control, and participate fully in their community. Support may be delivered in single occupancy, shared, or clustered settings, with onsite or on call staff where appropriate. Landlord and support provider roles remain distinct, where there is a landlord. The service will focus on maintaining or increasing independence and is tailored to the person’s outcomes, preferences, and strengths.
