Please can you inform me of the number of escalations and audits of decisions internally within Mash, children's services between July 2022 and April 2023
Response
There were 2 multi-agency escalations at Stage 2 or higher that were submitted to the Partnership, related to MASH during the period in question. There were 3 at Stage 1.
During the period in question there have been 51 multi-agency audits in the MASH. There is also regular dip sampling. In February we completed a week long MASH diagnostic which reviewed multi-agency working.
