CLARIFICATION: We require the 20 in your Senior Management Team please from your website.

1. Please provide any policy for council staff on home working.

2. Please provide the total number of days, in the past 3 months (march to may), in which the senior management (20 highest earning) attended a meeting in Herefordshire County in person on a given day. For example, if at least one in-person meeting was attended in a day, this is recorded as one day.

3. Provide the number of days annual leave or other absence in the same period for all of the same staff.

4. Please provide the total cost claimed for travel or mileage for these people in the past 2 years split by financial years, 2022/23 and 2023/24.

5. For each of the financial years 2019/20 to 2023/24 the number of appointments into these top 18 roles following the exit of the previous holder of the position (even where job titles change) including interim and agency roles.

As such we consider this information to be exempt under Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 because it is reasonably accessible to you via other means. Please take this letter as a refusal notice under S17 of the Act.

2. Please provide the total number of days, in the past 3 months (March to May), in which the senior management (20 highest earning) attended a meeting in Herefordshire County in person on a given day. A) 431 days.

I confirm that the information requested is only held by the council on behalf of the Coroner. The council does not hold the information for its own purposes and therefore it is not held for the purposes of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 by virtue of Section 3 (2) (a). Please take this letter as a refusal notice under S17 of the Act.
