I have been advised that the Conservation Officer has not been consulted regarding the relocation of the of the Royal Mail Pillar Box outside Khotla HR4 8AT. The Historic England guidance suggests prior written notification of an intention to re-locate a post box should be provided to the Conservation Officer within the Planning Department, or, a relevant Highways Department contact, but this is not a statutory requirement.
