Please be advised “upheld” is not an outcome that is recorded. If a breach is found, this is publicly available via the above link.

 

As such we consider this information to be exempt under Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 because it is reasonably accessible to you via other means. Please take this letter as a refusal notice under S17 of the Act.

Answer: The Service Area have advised we hold records in financial years. As such, the total number of complaints from the dates held, April 2025 to March 2026, is 52.
