Response
A: Attached are photographs of the works on the C1080 at Pennsylvania as requested. This location was one site within a programme of sites brought forward by Herefordshire Council with additional Department of Transport funding as part of the Pothole Fund. The works comprised patching works in advance of a programme of surface dressing. As a result, the works consisted local interventions at the areas of worst carriageway condition. During the delivery of the programme further deterioration of the network was observed requiring additional interventions at some sites. Other sites were curtailed as a result to remain within the allocated budget.
