Council’s full compliance with its Regulation 113 disclosures obligations for all years is evidenced by the detail published on Councils website at https://www.herefordshire.gov.uk/council/open-data-principles/11

The published disclosures show that Late Payment Interest totaling £3,743 was paid for the year 2023/24. 

It is anticipated that this Late Payment Interest will have arisen as a result of claim(s) under the terms of the Late Payment of Commercial Debts legislation. Please respond to the queries in the following table in relation to the Late Payment of £2,246 3,743:

To aid your appreciation of my request I am attaching a copy of BIS/14/1116 “A Users Guide to the Recast Late Payment Directive”. This guidance note was issued by the Department of Innovation and Skills back in October 2014.
