Please note, the figures represent properties attracting a council tax premium at a point in time and do not distinguish between properties that are vacant due to planned investment works, EPC or MEES compliance upgrades, decarbonisation programmes, cyclical maintenance, refurbishment, re-letting processes, or other legitimate management reasons. The figures are a snapshot in time and should not be interpreted as a measure of housing provider performance or availability of lettable homes.
