In the Fownhope Parish Council area since 01 February 2019 :
1. How many notices have been served where there was a failure to comply with any condition or limitation imposed on the grant of planning permission?
2. How many have resulted in the breach being corrected?
3. How many have resulted in the breach not being corrected and what action has the council taken in those cases?
4. Where can the details of such notices be found?

In the Fownhope Parish Council area since 01 February 2019 :
1. How many notices have been served where there was a failure to comply with any condition or limitation imposed on the grant of planning permission?
There have been two breach of condition notices served.
2. How many have resulted in the breach being corrected?
One notice was complied with and breach corrected.
3. How many have resulted in the breach not being corrected and what action has the council taken in those cases?
One notice was not complied with and was pending the recent decision on the related planning application ref 223515 and compliance will now be sought.
4. Where can the details of such notices be found?
