Documents, agreements or arrangements concerning trade union recognition, or the setting of employee terms and conditions, that were applicable for employees involved in Large Scale Voluntary Transfers (LGVT) to the following Housing Associations either before the transfer when they remained Council employees, and/or were TUPED across with them to the Housing Associations.

Requesting any agreements or documents concerning trade unions between the following housing associations and the Council:-

• Shropshire Housing Group

• South Shropshire Housing Association

• Hereford Housing Limited

• Meres and Mosses Housing Association
