Two part enquiry:-
Statistics please for exactly how many homes/houses have been provided under the Bordergroup Neighbourhood Development Plan (which was adopted by Herefordshire Council in 2019 & now forms part of the Development Plan for Herefordshire).
Also, how many of those homes/houses created under the use of the NDP have actually served local, working families as indicated by the key objectives & core strategy?

Two part enquiry:-
Statistics please for exactly how many homes/houses have been provided under the Bordergroup Neighbourhood Development Plan (which was adopted by Herefordshire Council in 2019 & now forms part of the Development Plan for Herefordshire).
Please see the attached spreadsheet. The Border Group NDP was adopted on 25 January 2019 and attached is a table of the Housing Development by Parish since January 2019.
Also, how many of those homes/houses created under the use of the NDP have actually served local, working families as indicated by the key objectives & core strategy?
This information is not held. In order to meet the key objective and core strategy we would only know this if the Applicant has indicated if the housing is self-build, local needs or affordable housing. The figures are compiled on a countywide basis rather than Parish by Parish. We do not monitor if local people buy or rent the properties once they have been built unless there is a Section 106 Agreement in place limiting the ownership.
