I'm after some of the following facts if you can help or direct me to who has this information?
1.2023 -how many unrepaired pot holes were carried over ie not repaired to 2024 as still needing repair and the same information 2024 over to 2025 and 2025 carried over to 2026.
2.How many pot holes were reported as defects by the public for each year 2024 and 2025 and
3.How many potholes were identified by yourselves requiring repair for years 2024 and 2025.
4. For each year 2024 and 2025 How many potholes were repaired 2024/5
5.How many motorists made car damage by from roads/pothole claims 2024 AND 2025
6.Value ££ cost paid out to claims 2024 AND 2025 for pot holes including road damage to cars
7.Value ££ of claims you refused to pay out for pothole claims 2024 AND 2025 This information request to cover roads only and not pavements . Please provide information requests by year and not combined. I know this may take a little time but I'm sure this is the basic information for internal records you would be keeping as metrics

A: This information is not held. The Service Area do not carry over year on year, if something is missed one month, it will get added for the next cycle the following month.
