The processing and recording of PROW defects is a HC/BBLP system which historically has been unable to provide accurate total figures for reported PROW defects which remain unfixed.
Can you please supply the following information in relation to the State of the Herefordshire PROW network at the closing day of the BBLP contract the 1st June 2026.
1. Total number of PROW enquiries which remain unaddressed and uninspected on 1st June 2026.
2. Total number of enquiries which have been classified as defects but not yet rectified.
3. Total number of PROW jobs raised but not yet completed.
4. Total number of footpaths currently closed.
