Details on the following Anti-social behaviour categories at libraries and Customer First Centres (CFCs) each year since 2017:
Assaults on staff and customers
Threats of violence against staff and customers
Verbal abuse
Alcohol/drug use in the centre (including finding needles)
Number of times police have been called to attend these sites each year since 2017.

2017 - No such incidents recorded at library sites
2018 - Between 28th October and 6th November (exact date not known) - intoxicated person swearing at the person accompanying them and singing. Asked to leave, left without police intervention (Hereford Library)
20th November - intoxicated person asked to leave, left without police intervention (Hereford Library)
13th December - intoxicated person asked to leave, left without police intervention (Hereford Library)
2019 - 19th July - Individual smoking drugs in the toilet set off the fire alarm. No further details (Ross Library)
17th or 18th October - altercation. No further details but police called and removed one individual from the premises (Hereford Library)
2020 - No such incidents recorded at library sites. Reduced periods of access to sites due to Covid related restrictions
2021 - No such incidents recorded at library sites. Reduced periods of access to sites due to Covid related restrictions
2022 - 23rd March - individuals drinking and fighting outside the library. Dispersed with no intervention from police or staff (Belmont Library)
29th March - customer asked to leave as they were consuming alcohol in the library. Left immediately with no need for police intervention (Hereford Library)
31st March - customer asked to leave as they were intoxicated. Left immediately with no need for police intervention (Hereford Library)
