PSED S149 Duty Data for HMP, Council Budget, ROWIP and Council Tax

Please provide all PSED s149 duty data which includes assessments, action plans and details of impact for the following:

1. The HMP 2025

2. The council budget 2024-2025

3. The ROWIP (Rights of Way Improvement Plan) – Any documentation between its policy being assessed, drawn up and instigated. Technically this could be any time from 2016-2026. The PROW team should be able to assist when such policies were examined under the PSED. The duty requires examination prior, during and after a policy has been introduced.

4. Council tax reduction schemes for carers whether paid or not – This should be from when the duty commenced in 2011-2026 but we will accept 2021-26 the time of living in this area.

2. The council budget 2024-2025
