For example, caravan parking for filming crews or actors' welfare facilities or vehicle parking for Christmas markets etc. in the designated coach bay.

Herefordshire Council car parks are governed by the Herefordshire Council Off Street Parking Places Consolidation Order 2014.
Please provide dates for the last 2 years that the above bye laws or other laws governing the above carpark have been relaxed, altered or otherwise not enforced for the purposes of the authority or third parties to use the above carpark for purposes other than it intended use. For example, caravan parking for filming crews or actors' welfare facilities or vehicle parking for Christmas markets etc. in the designated coach bay.
