Request

I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act regarding planning applications submitted to Herefordshire Council since 2015.

Specifically, I am seeking data on the number of planning applications in which planning officers have engaged with or raised concerns about boundary disputes or land ownership issues and acted as boundary solicitors.

If available, I would also appreciate any summary or categorisation of how such matters were addressed within the planning process.
