How many persons are currently on the Council's self/customer build register? More particularly, how many are seeking plots in Colwall and neighbouring settlements.
Response
At 30th October 2021 (the end of the 6th reporting base period) there were a total of 641 individuals registered and 3 associations.
We are currently within the 7th base period (31st October 2021 - 30th October 2022) and the provisional number of entrants is currently 51.
The majority of entrants do not specify a particular location but there are 7 specific references to the Colwall / Ledbury area.
