Can you please provide me with a copy of the following documents:
Family reunification practice guidance Overarching Permanence Policy
According to the answer given to the Public questions the policies are from April 2022 and are used to manage Family Reunification when children are returned to parents from Looked After Care. If they do not exist can you please confirm this and amend the Public record. Can you also explain why these policies and guidance were not provided in response to my previous FoI (FOI 2023 / 00143) regarding family reunification?

Please find attached our Reunification Practice Guidance and a link to our Permanence Planning Guidance. For completeness please also find attached our Permanence Strategy.
In respect of the previous Freedom of Information request, we specifically looked for a Reunification Policy rather than a Reunification Guidance. When answering the Freedom of Information request we should have made reference and provided you with the Reunification Guidance.
Please note that in previous answers we have referred to the guidance as a policy, we apologise if this particular word has caused any confusion.
