I was asking about both 15 and 20 minute cities/ areas which might be being proposed in Herefordshire county.
The restrictions I refer to are that if these plans are carried out then these will restrict motorists pertaining to where they can travel in or around their local communities. Also linked to these 15 and 20 minute cities will come fines that are to be imposed on motorists who travel out of their 15/20 minute areas if they exceed a certain amount of times.
1. I wanted to know if Herefordshire council are planning to impose these 15 or 20 minute cities in the County?
2. And if so, in which actual towns /villages?
3. I also wanted to know when any Public Consultations will be taking place, if the Council are planning these 15 or 20 minute cities?
4. And if these 15 or 20 minute cities are to proposed then when are they due to be actioned around the County?

No, the council is not intending to restrict motorists to where they can travel or impose fines for any distances or time travelled.
2. And if so, in which actual towns /villages?
N / A - no restrictions are being imposed.
3. I also wanted to know when any Public Consultations will be taking place, if the Council are planning these 15 or 20 minute cities?
