I understand that a sum of money for charities to bid against to develop Community Hubs was recently launched and then withdrawn. I have the following questions.
1. How many applications were received?
2. How many applications received met the quality and criteria for the grant?
3. How many, if any, grants have been awarded?

I understand that a sum of money for charities to bid against to develop Community Hubs was recently launched and then withdrawn. I have the following questions.
1. How many applications were received?
I have been advised that we were only at the Expression of Interest (EOI) stage with this development, not at the full application stage. As such, 43 EOIs were received.
2. How many applications received met the quality and criteria for the grant?
15 EOIs and 1 reserve project were to be recommended by the appraisal panel to go to full application, prior to the removal of the grant from the budget.
3. How many, if any, grants have been awarded?
No grants were awarded as the funding was removed from the budget.
