The Service Area have advised, despite the advertising that the Parking Team and Hereford BID posted throughout car parks, on machines, online etc., people still made payments on the machines and on JustPark on 8th February for the Love Hereford Free parking event.
The reason to not change the machines directly to not accept any money was for people parking outside the event parameters (before or after, or for longer, or for longer tickets).
