Case reference FOI2026/02559
Received 21 October 2026
Published 4 November 2026
Request
Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please tell me, for each of the systems listed below:
1. the name of the system or product
2. the supplier
3. the contract start date
4. the contract end date, and the latest date it could end if all extension options are used
5. the annual contract value (or the total value, if that is how you record it) The systems:
(a) Housing management (if the council manages its own housing)
(b) Revenues and benefits (council tax, business rates, housing benefit)
(c) Finance or ERP
(d) HR and payroll
(e) Customer relationship management (CRM) or customer contact
(f) Waste and recycling collection management
(g) Parking enforcement and permits
(h) Planning and building control
(i) Adult and children's social care case management
(j) Telephony or contact centre If the council doesn't use a system in one of these areas, please just say so. If some of this is already published, for example in your contracts register, a link is enough for that part.
A spreadsheet would be ideal, but any format is fine. Please also confirm that the information can be re-used under the Open Government Licence. If any part of this request would go over the cost limit, please answer the parts you can and tell me which part caused the problem, rather than refusing the whole request.
