I wish to know how many intensive poultry units were active within the Lugg, Arrow, and Frome Operational Catchment, (EA), in the year 2013.
I would also appreciate a map of their locations at that time.
Response
Herefordshire Council holds details of the number of planning applications for poultry units which were approved, however, it does not hold details of the number of units which were subsequently active in the year 2013 or their locations.
Intensive poultry units are inspected by the Environment Agency and Defra and so they may hold the information requested. They can be contacted as follows:
