I am making this request under Freedom of Information Act 2000. Please provide the following information for each of the financial years (a) 2022/23, (b) 2023/24, and (c) 2024/25:
1. Please provide details of how the council determines its charges or fees for Planning Performance Agreements.
2. Please state the total income received by the council from Planning Performance Agreements in each of the last three financial years.
3. Please confirm the number of major residential planning applications (those of more than 10 units):
a. Received by the council in each of the last three financial years; and
b. Determined under a Planning Performance Agreement in each of those years.
4. Please provide details of average PPA charges in the 2024/25 financial year for sites of: a. Under 150 units b. 150-499 units c. 500-999 units d. 1,000 units +

I am making this request under Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Please provide the following information for each of the financial years (a) 2022/23, (b) 2023/24, and (c) 2024/25:
1. Please provide details of how the council determines its charges or fees for Planning Performance Agreements.
Answer: The service area has advised that we do not offer planning performance agreements so there are no charges.
2. Please state the total income received by the council from Planning Performance Agreements in each of the last three financial years.
Answer: 0.
3. Please confirm the number of major residential planning applications (those of more than 10 units):
a. Received by the council in each of the last three financial years; and
Answer:
2022 – 15
2023 – 13
2024 – 9
2025 – 12 to current date.
b. Determined under a Planning Performance Agreement in each of those years.
Answer: This is not applicable.
4. Please provide details of average PPA charges in the 2024/25 financial year for sites of:
a. Under 150 units
b. 150-499 units
c. 500-999 units
d. 1,000 units +
