Heating & electricity costs of council buildings

I would like costs for each building used by Herefordshire County in relations to electric and heating consumption from March 2020 to March 2022. This should include every building owned and used by the council, any vacant building like Churchill House, Gardner Hall etc and any building leased by the council, this should be by building not an overall cost covering all buildings
