I wish to know what software you use to provide directory service listings / information and advice that form part of SEND local offer.

A: SEND and FIS are both modules within the SYNERGY software provided by Access Group. The service Area have a combined contract for Mosaic and Synergy via Access Group and have just activated the two year add on. All details are on the contracts register via the below link:
