I would like to know the required format for an invoice sent by a childcare provider to a parent. Please let me know how the following information should be displayed: government funding, voluntary contributions, extras and meals.
Response
Invoices between parent and a child provider is the decision of the provider as it is specific to their business model. The invoices will reflect their own policies and procedures, specific to the charges for the service they are providing.
Your query appears to relate to nursery funding. Therefore the charging should be in line with the provider agreement that you have with regards to nursery funding. Each provider has their own copy of the Provider Agreement to refer to, there is also a copy available on Herefordshire Council's website via the following link:
