With regards to the B4361 at the Ashley Moor Farm crossroads, near Orleton.

We understand that a mirror has been erected at the scene following an accident.

We would be grateful if you could confirm whether this was work carried out by yourselves and, if so, if you can provide us with a copy of the risk assessment carried out prior to the work being undertaken.

We would appreciate it if you could also confirm if you retain the responsibility for maintaining the verges on this stretch of road.

With regards to the B4361 at the Ashley Moor Farm crossroads, near Orleton.

We understand that a mirror has been erected at the scene following an accident.

We can confirm that Herefordshire Council did not carry out this work and therefore no risk assessment can be provided.

We would appreciate it if you could also confirm if you retain the responsibility for maintaining the verges on this stretch of road.

Balfour Beatty Living Places (BBLP) are responsibility for maintaining the highway including the verge, as outlined in the Herefordshire Council's Highways Maintenance Plan which can be viewed using the below link:
