Clarification: This is only for Orders which are in force today and penalty notices from 1st April 1998.
1) Please supply details of the Parking Order for Mill Street Car Park, Kington:
a) A copy of the Order as made, dimensions of places, signs to be displayed for Electric Vehicles only, and for Disabled spaces.
b) When the markings were last painted.
c) When the space markings were last checked for legibility.
d) When all earlier non-applicable markings were permanently removed.
2) Please provide statistics of all penalty notices, as held, issued for:
a) General car parking spaces
b) Electric vehicles spaces used by non-electric vehicles
c) Disabled spaces by failure to display a blue badge

The Mill Street electric charge-point bay markings were last painted in 2013, at the same time the electric charge-point was installed. However, I have been advised we have no records of when the other markings were last painted. Therefore, this information is not held.
c) When the space markings were last checked for legibility.
