Answer: Unfortunately we don't have the metrics available to respond to the questions asked. We don't have any employees which are purely home-based workers. We operate our working practices under a policy named 'Flexible Futures' which empowers our employees to work wherever is most appropriate for the delivery of services whilst always meeting customer need. The policy assigns worker styles to roles; there are currently approximately 1171 assigned as a flexible worker, which enables the employee to work from any location, which can be a mixture of home, office or other suitable location.
