Please provide any records held relating to the Field Maple (Acer campestre) located on the public grass verge outside 12 Bearcroft, Weobley, HR4 8TA, which is maintained by Balfour Beatty on behalf of Herefordshire Council. Specifically, I request:
• The most recent inspection or assessment record for this tree, including date of inspection
• Any recorded information on the maturity level of the tree, and the age class of the tree
• Any recorded information on the tree’s condition, health, and risk classification
• Details of any recommended or completed maintenance or remedial works, particularly in relation to height, canopy spread and root spread
• The maintenance or inspection schedule applicable to this tree
• Records of any reports, or concerns raised in relation to this tree, particularly in relation to height, canopy spread and root spread
• Any available history of works carried out to the tree. If a formal tree survey is not held, please provide any inspection logs, asset management records, or equivalent information.

A: The Field Maple (Tno.4576) outside 12 Bearcroft was surveyed in 2010, 2020, 2024 & 2026. Please see attached report records and photographs held in relation to these inspections. The Service Area have added that this tree is attractive and enhances the street scene. The tree is in healthy condition and will not be removed or pruned at this time.
