National Westminster Bank, as part of the council's banking processes.
Q2. How you came to the decision to choose these companies?
An independent tariff review was completed by a specialist in reviewing and tendering local authority banking arrangements. The decision report is available on the Herefordshire Council website via the following link:

A tender exercise was considered and an independent review concluded that this would be likely to result in all banks to propose higher costs and therefore it was not recommended.
