2a) For each of the years listed, please specify how many agency children's social workers stopped working in the Children's Services department: 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 (to 1 March)?

2b) For each of the years listed, please specify how many agency children's social workers started working in the Children's Services department: 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 (to 1 March)?
