2. Details of your current licensing platform including expiry date, contract cost and duration of the contract. The licensing platform is the software you use to manage customers applications, e.g. IDOX, Verso, Civica, Jadu, unless of course you use Word or PDF.

I am advised that no one person is responsible for premises & TENS licensing. This is undertaken by the Licensing Team - licensing@herefordshire.gov.uk

The current licensing platform used is Civica. The contract expires on 31 March 2024, the contract cost is £900,000 and the duration of the contract is 15 years.
