Has any S106 money been asked for with regard to the present development in Bosbury known as Templars Chase, if so how has it been allocated and when will it be paid.
Herefordshire Council has requested payment for this development which will be allocated as per the S106 agreement dated 22 September 2021. Contributions are towards education, primary care, recycling and waste and transport. We will notify you when payment has been received.
