I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000 to request the following information from Herefordshire Council regarding the council's refuse collection vehicles. Please may you provide information on:
Q1. Whether the council has a written policy, procurement strategy, practice, order, direction or other document which sets out your policy on the procurement of refuse collection vehicles. If the answer is affirmative, please provide a copy.
Q2. How many refuse collection vehicles are currently in control of or procured by the council and in operation in your local authority?
Q3. For each of the refuse collection vehicles currently in control of and procured by the council and in operation in your local authority, please provide the following details:
* Age
* Producer
* Model
* Type of fuel used

Herefordshire Council does not procure the refuse collection vehicles under the current waste collection contract.
Q2. How many refuse collection vehicles are currently in control of or procured by the council and in operation in your local authority?
Herefordshire Council does not control or operate any refuse collection vehicles and did not procure the fleet that currently operates on its behalf.
