Joint Funding Arrangements - Education, Health and Social Care for 0-25 year olds
Case reference FOI2023/01837
Published 5 December 2023
Request
I would like to enquire around the current total funding position of Joint Funded individuals for the past 6 years within your LA's supported cohort. This would be young people of age 0 - 25 whom received funding from a combination of Social Care, Education & Health.
I'm looking for headline figures of total spend per year (2016-2022) one per sheet of a excel workbook.
Followed by the break down by Funding Stream's Social Care, Education & Health, Total Young Persons as columns. By Primary Need as Rows.
