A)   Adult Social Care settings

         

A: We don’t have any in-house residential/nursing/respite/supported living care services. All our provision is via the independent sector or Hoople.

 

B)   Children's Social Care settings

 

          A: Yes Herefordshire Council use Matrix CRM as a Managed Service Provider

 

 

2. What is the council's process in reviewing/appointing preferred agencies

 

A: Adults: We don’t have any in-house residential/nursing/respite/supported living care services. All our provision is via the independent sector or Hoople.

 

Children’s: This is completed via contract renewal/procurement process in line with contract end dates

 

3. Excluding care at home and domiciliary care, what was the council's total spend on agency staff in:

 

3a) 2022-2023 within Adult Social Care settings

 

A: Nil, we don’t have any in-house residential/nursing/respite/supported living care services. All our provision is via the independent sector or Hoople.

If agency staff are employed by providers to deliver a service we commission, then we wouldn’t have access to that information – we pay an hourly or weekly rate, depending on the service.

 

3b) 2022-2023 within Children's Social Care settings
