Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please disclose/respond to the following:
1. Please disclose the council's policy regarding Relationship and Sex Education (RSE) and Personal, Social and Health Education (PSHE).
2. Please disclose the RSE and PSHE curriculum and any course material.
3. In the event that it is the council's contention that the curriculum/course material is subject to copyright and therefore not disclosable, please disclose the agreement between the council and the copyright owner that prohibits the dissemination of course material.
4. Please disclose a list of all third party course material providers.
5. Please disclose any risk assessments conducted by the council; specifically regarding RSE and PSHE.

1. Please disclose the council's policy regarding Relationship and Sex Education (RSE) and Personal, Social and Health Education (PSHE).
The council does not have a policy regarding Relationship and Sex Education (RSE) and Personal, Social and Health Education (PSHE). Individual schools all have their own policies and these are available direct from the schools' or their websites. The contact details for Herefordshire schools are available via the following link:

The council directs schools to the Department of Education guidance regarding RSE and PSHE policy.
