Regarding questions 1b-1d, for the 4 cases identified Now Medical Ltd provided medical advice on how the person's stated medical conditions and treatment may impact upon them day-to-day. Now Medical Ltd did not provide advice or recommendations with regard to whether the person was vulnerable within the context of S189 Housing Act 1996 (Part VII). In each of these cases a decision of no priority need was made at S184 stage by the decision-maker not by Now Medical Ltd.
