Re Widemarsh Street comparative accident data
As per the other part of my request please could you provide comparative data for other pedestrianised streets in Hereford which have similar numbers of people using them.
Response
A wider city centre safety review dated October 2019 looked more widely at streets in Hereford city centre, and included details of the number of accidents reported to the council during the period mid-2013 to mid-2019. Please see the attached spreadsheet, please note that the data is recorded by the year the incident was reported.
The attached spreadsheet also details the number of reports received on other pedestrianised streets in the county since 2019.
