1. SEND Team Expenditure & Suppliers
• What was the total spend by the SEND team on tuition and alternative provision in each financial year?
• Please provide a full list of third-party suppliers/providers commissioned by the SEND team for tuition and alternative provision, along with the total gross spend per named supplier for each year.
2. Virtual School Expenditure & Suppliers
• What was the total spend by the Virtual School on tuition and alternative provision in each financial year?
• Please provide a full list of third-party suppliers/providers commissioned by the Virtual School for tuition and alternative provision, along with the total gross spend per named supplier for each year.
• What was the total number of children/young people supported by the Virtual School in each year?
3. Procurement Method & Frameworks
• Do the SEND team and the Virtual School procure tuition and alternative provision via a framework (e.g., Dynamic Purchasing System/DPS) or through spot purchasing?
• If a framework or DPS is used, please state the name of the framework and whether it is due for renewal or re-tender in the 2026/27 financial year.
• If spot purchasing is utilised, what was the total expenditure allocated to spot purchases in each financial year?
