I'm looking for a digital, machine-readable dataset containing: TPO reference numbers, locations (as coordinates — either WGS84 lat/lng or Ordnance Survey grid references), species where recorded, tree type classification (individual tree, group, area, or woodland), addresses, and dates orders were made or confirmed. A GIS export such asShapefile, GeoJSON, GeoPackage, KML, or CSV with coordinates would be ideal

A: I have made enquiries with the service area and they have confirmed that the data is already accessible via our online interactive map, and we are unable to supply it in the requested downloadable GIS/digital form under EIR due to OS licensing restrictions.

As such we consider this information to be excepted under Regulation 6 of the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 because this is available to you via other means.

We are unable to provide this data in a downloadable digital format under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIR). This is because the dataset incorporates Ordnance Survey–licensed material, and therefore cannot be released under EIR disclosure provisions. However, the team may be able to provide the data to you outside of the EIR/FOI regime under the appropriate licence terms. If you wish to discuss this further, please contact the team directly at NaturalEnvironment@herefordshire.gov.uk

They will be able to advise you on the licensing arrangements and dsicuss whether they ae able to provide the data in the required format.
