I am writing to make a formal request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 for information regarding Section 106 contributions made by developers in the Ross on Wye area over the past 15 years. Specifically, I would like to obtain the following information:
1. The names of all developers who have made Section 106 contributions in Ross on Wye within the last 15 years.
2. The respective amounts of money contributed by each developer as part of their Section 106 obligations during this period.
3. Confirmation of whether the Section 106 contributions have been utilised or allocated for specific projects, and if so, details on the projects or initiatives for which these funds have been earmarked.
4. If contributions have not yet been utilised, a reason as to why. I kindly request that you provide this information in a format that is clear and easily understandable. If you believe that some portions of the information requested may be exempt from disclosure, I ask that you provide a detailed explanation for any redactions or withholdings.
