Please can you provide the following information for the financial year 2022-2023.

• Are disabled bus pass holders able to travel for free at all times i.e. free 24 hours a day, seven days a week?

• How many concessionary bus passes were issued?

• How many disabled bus passes were issued?

• How much was spent on all concessionary bus pass travel?

• How much was spent on disabled bus pass travel?

• How many bus trips were made by concessionary bus pass holders?

• How many bus trips were made by disabled bus pass holders?

• How many bus trips were made by disabled bus pass holders before 9:30am?

• How many bus trips were made by disabled bus pass holders after 11pm?

• Do you offer a young person's bus pass? And if you do, what are the benefits of the young person's bus pass?

• Does the disabled bus pass include free travel for a travelling companion?

• If you provide free travel at all times for disabled bus pass holders (i.e. free 24 hours a day, seven days a week) - Can you tell us the benefits of providing free travel for disabled bus pass holders, for disabled people and your organisation?

• If you provide free travel at all times for disabled bus pass holders (i.e. free 24 hours a day, seven days a week) - How much additional cost would there be if you lifted the time restrictions and provided free bus travel at all times for all disabled bus pass holders per financial year? And please can you explain how you calculated this figure.

Please can you provide the following information for the financial year 2022-2023.

• Are disabled bus pass holders able to travel for free at all times i.e. free 24 hours a day, seven days a week?

No. They can travel for free between 9:30am and 11pm on weekdays, and they can travel for free on weekends. There are also some bus services where a concessionary bus pass is accepted before 9:30am.

• How many concessionary bus passes were issued?

2,471 (new passes only)

6,359 (including renewals)

• How many disabled bus passes were issued?

224 (new passes only)

572 (including renewals)

• How much was spent on all concessionary bus pass travel?

• How much was spent on disabled bus pass travel?

Yes it does, if the bus pass holder is eligible to have the companion pass enhancement.
