Details of all upcoming housing developments in Herefordshire - not those that have already begun building.

Solely those that have had planning approved - the application ID and location, when that planning was approved and when building needs to begin by.

Ideally if possible, I'd like to also know the developer, if that information is known.

Answer: The information we hold is publicly available and published on our council website and can be viewed via the following link:

Please see the attached EIR2026 00848 Planning References List, which lists the relevant planning reference numbers. Please use this list in conjunction with the Decision Notices available on the website.
